Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Thank you for supporting our small handmade business! Every item we offer is created with care, in small batches, and made to order as soon as we receive it, to ensure the highest quality.

Because our candles are poured to order, they require up to 10 days to fully cure before they can be shipped. This means our standard processing time for all candle orders is up to 10 business days.

Bath & body products, jewelry, and other items may ship sooner, but any order containing candles will follow the full candle processing timeline.

 Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. During the hot summer months I may ship only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to keep from having items sit over the weekend in a hot facility.

Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes, however if you have any questions or need assistance please email shopfringeandstone@gmail.com. 

 SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated based on weight. Please keep in mind this is subject to change without notice as shipping prices continue to increase out of my control. 

Once items are dropped at the shipping facility, process and shipping times range 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.
